Delivery Policy

Dirty Dog Sunglasses undertakes to do everything possible to ensure the secure and on time delivery of all your purchases. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the policy, feel free to contact us. This policy applies only to items purchased via the Dirty Dog Sunglasses website, www.dirtydog-sunglasses.com. Dirty Dog Sunglasses will deliver to any location therefore delivery charges may very, however these charges will be made clear at the time of purchase so that you only pay once. Please check your order, contact and address details carefully before you submit it as changes cannot be made once you have received confirmation of your order. The address you supply will be the one we deliver to. Delivery takes up to 3 working days, depending on your location. Should an ordered item be out of stock or any other delay in delivery is necessary, we will make every effort to contact you and place your purchase on back order. Proof of identity of the person signing for your parcel will be required. Valid proof of identity in South Africa is an ID book or driver’s licence. The identity number of the person receiving your parcel may be noted by the courier handing over your order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: Upon order placement, please check your confirmation email immediately to ensure the “ship to” address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact us immediately.

CANCELLATIONS: Once your order is complete, and has been processed with payment, you will not be able to cancel your order. So, please double check that you have bought what you want.

DAMAGE: It is the customer’s responsibility to open the package and inspect the items upon delivery. Packages that appear to be damaged should be immediately reported to the freight carrier. Damage due to shipping is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. All claims are to be made by the customer directly with the carrier. Shipping carriers will not honour late claims.

DISCOUNTED SALES: All items that are marked as discounted items i.e. clearly marked as a reduced price, are considered FINAL sales. Discounted items listed on the Dirty Dog Sunglasses website are not refundable, exchangeable, or returnable.

Dirty Dog Sunglasses reserves the right to cancel or alter this policy, at its sole discretion, from time to time.
